1. Which information is mandatory on the CPR label?
The CE marking shall be affixed to those construction products for which the manufacturer has drawn up a Declaration of Performance.
It SHALL be followed by the information listed here later. In view of the specific nature of the product cable the fulfilment of the obligation to affix the CE marking set by the CPR is possible exclusively through labels or accompanying documents.
Notified Bodies can be authorized to issue certificates:
- for AVCP System 1+
- for AVCP System 3
- For both AVCP systems
That it is clearly specified in the «Designation of the Notified Body pursuant to the Construction Products Regulation” available on the NANDO database See Section 5 – Notified Bodies for instructions to access the NANDO database
2. Which information is mandatory on the DoP?
In the case of one DoP per family, each one of the product references must be listed or alternatively the range precisely defined.
See in Section 6 - Intended Use the intended use described in the listing of the EN 50575 in the OJEU in all EU languages
3 for Classes Dca and Eca.
4 for Class Fca.
Notified Bodies authorized to issue a valid CPR certification are listed in the NANDO database. Notified Bodies can be authorized to issue certificates for AVCP System 3 or System 1+ or both. That is clearly specifed in the NANDO database see the Section 5 - Notified Bodies for the link to the NANDO database

At least one performance shall be declared, for others it is possible to declare no performance determined (NPD)
Availability of DoP on website
1. The content not alterable.
2. Continuously available.
3. Available 10 years.
4. Instructions to access the website and the Declarations of Performance.
5. Every single product is linked to a given Declaration of Performance by
means of the unique identification code of the product-type.

4. Which information is present on the cable?
1. | The CE marking (shall not be present for CPR cables). |
The following information may be on the cable or on its packaging or on its labelling or any combination of the preceding.

An indication of origin consisting of the marking of the manufacturer’s name or trademark, or (if legally protected) identification number.

Voluntary marking
